Le Sapeur

Here is my entry for the Character Design Challenge of April, the theme was "Fashion Show Extravaganza".
A "Sapeur" is a modern dandy following the rules of "la Sape", a Congolese fashion subculture revolving around elegance, often fancy/flashy costumes and manners.
